I’d put Unisphere & World’s Fair Walk on the list for a look at the architecture.
More about this place
Unisphere & World’s Fair Walk is a one-hour outdoor loop around Flushing Meadows Corona Park’s best-known monument and the adjacent World’s Fair landscape.
Start at the Unisphere’s western approach by the Queens Museum, walk around the globe and fountain basin, then continue along the formal paths for exterior views of the New York State Pavilion before returning to the Unisphere. This is a bounded monument-and-landscape walk, not an afternoon covering the whole park.
Museum admission, sports venues, performances and any pavilion interior access are separate. Fountain operation and access around event areas can change; do not assume every structure is open to enter.
