New York Botanical Garden

New York Botanical Garden is a 250-acre living museum anchored by the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, old-growth forest, seasonal collections, and rotating plant exhibitions. Begin with the conservatory or the day’s headline show, then use the tram selectively and save walking time for the forest, rose garden, or native-plant landscapes.

The All-Garden Pass covers the conservatory, exhibitions, tram, and outdoor collections. Weekday pricing is lower than weekends, while some evening and holiday programs require separate or premium tickets. The garden is normally open Tuesday through Sunday, with selected Monday holidays.

Reserve ahead for the Orchid Show, fall color weekends, and the Holiday Train Show. Comfortable shoes are essential; the grounds are much larger than the conservatory alone suggests.
