Madonna della Corona

Madonna della Corona is a pilgrimage sanctuary set into the cliffs of Monte Baldo, reached from Spiazzi by a steep walking route or the local shuttle and approached through a dramatic rock-walled setting.

The church’s appeal is inseparable from its location: the descent reveals the sanctuary gradually, while the interior, devotional art, and surrounding terraces make this more than a quick roadside viewpoint. The sanctuary remains an active place of worship, so quiet clothing and respectful behavior matter throughout the visit.

Allow one to two hours for the walk down, the church, and the return, with additional time if services or pilgrimage groups are present. Check the official sanctuary site for current access and celebrations, wear shoes with grip, and use the shuttle when the steep return climb is not a good fit.
