Rome, at a human pace

A starting plan, with room to choose.

Roman Holiday adds a Borghese Gallery day and a Fiumicino spa outing to the three-day city opening. The spa needs a separate transfer and is optional. Both routes select Otivm as their city base.

One major booked visit at a time

Keep the Colosseum/Forum block as the first dayโ€™s anchor. The Vatican Museums already include the Sistine Chapel; St Peterโ€™s Basilica has its own approach. The saved lists include more choices than a relaxed day can hold.

Keep the neighbourhoods together

Trastevere and Gianicolo pair naturally. MAXXI in Flaminio and the Spanish Steps are additional legs, not a short chain through the centre. Use transit when the longer walk would crowd out the visit.
