I’d go to Cala Mariolu Hike for a beach stop.
More about this place
Cala Mariolu Hike is a demanding coastal mountain route from the Golgo plateau toward a pebble cove below the Baunei cliffs. White stones, transparent water and high limestone walls make the destination memorable, but reaching it on foot requires mountain experience rather than beach footwear.
The route crosses exposed, uneven terrain and steep descents, including juniper stairways. Allow most of the day for the out-and-back hike and beach time, with enough energy and daylight for the return climb. Use a qualified local guide if you cannot confidently assess the route and conditions.
Carry water, food, sun protection and proper hiking shoes; mobile coverage is incomplete. A boat return requires an advance arrangement with a provider, suitable seas and transport back to the Golgo parking area. A conventional boat trip is a separate, less strenuous way to visit the cove.
Ordinary pets cannot complete the daytime beach portion under the current regional beach restrictions.

Original curator notes · check current details.
Arrange any boat return before starting; landing at a coastal port still leaves the problem of retrieving a car on the plateau.
