I’d put Bue Marino Caves on the list for a look inside the caves.

    More about this place

Bue Marino Caves is a sea-accessed cave visit along the Gulf of Orosei, with underground chambers, mineral formations, and lakes in cliffs once associated with monk seals. A guide leads the regular visit along a lit walkway for roughly an hour.

Reach the entrance by boat from Cala Gonone; land access is currently closed. Allow two to three hours for boarding, the short sailing each way, the cave visit, and return arrangements. Confirm boat transport and cave admission together, because a coastal cruise passing the entrance does not automatically include entry.

Wear shoes with grip and bring a light layer for the cool interior. The cave walkway is relatively level, but boarding access must be checked separately with the boat operator. Ordinary pets are prohibited inside. Visits depend on sea conditions and the seasonal schedule: winter closures and limited off-season departures make a flexible plan essential.
