I’d put Santa Teresa Gallura on the list for a beach stop.
More about this place
Santa Teresa Gallura is a coastal town at Sardinia’s northern tip, with a lively harbor, colorful center, and the nearby Rena Bianca beach. It’s a great base if you're looking to stay in the region, with ferry access to Corsica and plenty of local dining.
Wander through narrow streets lined with shops and cafés, then head to Rena Bianca beach right next to town. It’s a rare chance to enjoy a town beach that’s actually beautiful — clear water, soft sand, and walkable from the main square.
Allow two to three hours for the town, harbor viewpoints, and a relaxed pause near the main square. A swim, ferry crossing, or Capo Testa excursion needs extra time and its own access checks; the town walk does not include any of those bookings. Park outside the narrow center and walk down to Rena Bianca only if the beach’s current admission and access rules suit your plans.
