I’d include Manarola for a vineyard visit.
More about this place
Manarola is a Cinque Terre village of colorful houses stacked above a rocky marina, with vineyard terraces rising behind the center. The small harbor and coastal viewpoints reveal how closely the settlement is fitted to the cliffs and cultivated hills.
Allow one to two hours for a self-guided walk from the station area through the village to the marina and signed viewpoints. Explore the narrow lanes at an unhurried pace, then choose a café or restaurant if you want a longer stop for seafood, pesto or local wine. A meal sits outside the short walking allowance.
Village streets need no admission reservation. Wear shoes with grip, expect slopes and steps, and stay back from wet rocks when the sea is rough. Swimming, boat trips and longer vineyard or coastal hikes are separate activities: check their current conditions and access rules rather than assuming the harbor or a path to another village is always usable.
