Make the trip fit you

Make the connections work

Choose the circuit before transport

The Ministry of Culture lists three circuits and ten routes. Panoramic, Classic and Royalty options cover different areas; check the official map and the specific route, date and entry time. [1][2]

Pueblo is the overnight base

The five curated stays are in Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes), below the citadel. Add the uphill connection and admission check-in to the rail journey. [5][3]

A trek needs its own plan

The Inca Trail, Salkantay and classic Choquequirao out-and-back are distinct routes. They do not all end at the same entrance or include the same admission arrangements. [6]

Questions before you go

Can I include all these places in one day?

A visit is tied to one exact ticketed route and entry time. It does not allow you to combine every circuit or mountain route. [6]

What should I check again before travel?
