El Chaltén: one main walk per day
Laguna de los Tres and Laguna Torre each deserve a full walking day. Keep a shorter turnaround and a weather window rather than making the photograph compulsory. [5]
Separate El Chaltén day walks, the moving W Trek and remote multi-day routes. The right walk depends on your start, return and next overnight.

Laguna de los Tres and Laguna Torre each deserve a full walking day. Keep a shorter turnaround and a weather window rather than making the photograph compulsory. [5]
Base Torres from Chileno is a different day from the full return walk from the eastern access. Británico includes an approach and return beyond the upper valley segment. [1]
Huemul Circuit and the longer Toro approach need park advice, registration and suitable equipment. They are not interchangeable with the town-based day walks. [5]
