Meeting Santa at Santa Claus Office is free. Photos, paid attractions and tours have separate terms. Snowman World currently lists 6 December 2026–17 March 2027, weather permitting. SantaPark, in longer route variants, is a separate attraction listing 31 October 2026–23 January 2027.
Apukka’s husky outing uses guest-driven sleds; children cannot drive. Infants need an accompanying adult passenger, and the driving adult does not count. A solo adult with children faces additional supervision rules. Ask the operator to confirm your exact party before paying.
The starting route stays at Santa Claus Holiday Village, outside the city centre. Confirm the Arktikum and Apukka transfers, meal arrangements and each pickup. Keep warm breaks between outings rather than filling every hour.
