The Andenes - Gryllefjord ferry, named MV Skutvik, provides a connection between the islands of Andøya and Senja. It operates primarily in the summer months, from June to August, with a few additional days in May and September.

The ferry is capable of transporting a variety of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, motorhomes, buses, and trucks. The journey takes a bit less than 2 hours on the open sea, and those prone to seasickness are advised to prepare.

The ferry operates 2-3 times per day in each direction. Check the links section above for 2023 timetable on the official website. It's important to note that pre-booking is not possible for this ferry. Passengers need to line up early enough in the waiting lanes​. We recommend to arrive 2h in advance in July.
