Au Vieux Manoir

Au Vieux Manoir is a unique B&B out of a fairy tale that overlooks the valley and city of Monthey. Its location allows you to enjoy the calm of the hillside of Choëx while remaining close to the activities.

In the late 19th century, Choëx was a popular destination for visitors seeking fresh air and tranquillity, including Gustave Eiffel and Frédéric-Auguste Bartholdi. The house, originally named "La Fin du Bruit", was built in 1882 by well-known Parisian Doctor Victor Guénebaud, who welcomed his friends in the five available rooms.

Au Vieux Manoir restaurant, run by Jérémy Voisin and his team, serves refined and traditional cuisine made from fresh and seasonal products. The restaurant offers a calm and atypical atmosphere where guests can enjoy local products and Swiss wines.
