Popular lookout point located on the South Rim of the canyon and provides spectacular views of the natural wonder. You can see the vast expanse of the canyon, with its layers of rock formations in shades of red, brown, and orange. The point is named after Stephen Mather, the first director of the National Park Service.
Scenic walking trail that runs for approximately 13 miles along the rim of the Grand Canyon's South Rim. It offers breathtaking views of the canyon, including some of its most iconic landmarks, such as Mather Point, Yavapai Point, and Hopi Point. Along the trail, you can find a number of informative exhibits and interpretive displays that provide information on the geology, wildlife, and history of the Grand Canyon.
