Mt Marathon Retro 50's is a charming and nostalgic one-bedroom apartment located in one of Seward's oldest buildings and originally a boarding house from the old railroad days. This B&B offers a unique and memorable experience if you like a touch of nostalgia and vintage charm.

Located just one block from Resurrection Bay, the Sea Life Center, and downtown shops and restaurants, this rental allows you to be at the heart of Seward's attractions. While the apartments have been renovated, they still retain some of the old-world charm.

The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a single induction plate, convection oven, microwave, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, French press, and refrigerator. The living space includes a new blue velvet sofa that can be converted into a small full bed, allowing for up to four guests. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, a closet, and a chest of drawers.

Outside, you can relax in the small gazebo or enjoy the outdoor seating areas and charcoal grill, providing ample space for outdoor lounging.

The Mt Marathon Apartments promote a peaceful atmosphere and observe quiet hours, respecting the comfort of both guests and local residents who also reside in the building. Street parking is available for free, and guests can take advantage of the nearby walking path that leads to the small boat harbor just one mile away.
