Bali is my go-to place for a spiritual break and reconnecting with myself. Fascinating jungles, rice field terraces, mystical temples, and stunning beaches make Bali a truly magical place, transporting you far away from your day-to-day life.

Tukad Cepung is more of a hidden gem in Bali. What makes this waterfall unique is that it is situated inside a cave, and the sun rays penetrating through the gap above the waterfall create a mesmerizing light effect.

To reach the waterfall, you need to go on a short hike through a narrow, rocky path, but the scenic views of the river and the lush greenery along the way are worth it. Once you arrive, you will see the waterfall cascading down from the top of the cave, surrounded by natural rock formations and crystal-clear water pools. The cave itself is quite spacious and can accommodate a decent number of visitors, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

We recommend visiting the Tukad Cepung Waterfall early in the morning to avoid the crowds and to get the best lighting for photos. You should also wear appropriate footwear as the path can be slippery, especially after rain.

There are changing rooms and toilets available near the parking area, and you can also find several food and drink stalls nearby. Overall, Tukad Cepung is a beautiful waterfall and is a must for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
