If you mostly plan on hiking or bathing in the sun, do it in the dry season. You will appreciate the absence of mosquitos.

Leke Leke Waterfall is a beautiful hidden gem located on the way from Ubud to Bratan. The waterfall is surrounded by lush green jungle and cascades down a series of steps and pools, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. To reach the waterfall, you'll need to hike through the jungle for about 15 minutes. The hike is not too difficult, but it does involve some steep steps and uneven terrain. Along the way, you can admire the beautiful flora and fauna of the area, including exotic birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The waterfall is also less crowded than some of Bali's more popular attractions, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the island.
